1. Use our client referral form to document your potential auction property or phone us and we can gather the information needed as we speak.

2. Submit your potential candidates to us for review.

3. Client’s data is sent to an auctioneer to determine the best auction approach.

4. We will plan the necessary conference calls to connect you, (the seller if appropriate), and the auctioneer to discuss an auction strategy.

5. An auction proposal and marketing plan/budget will be prepared for your client.

6. After the auction contract is signed, the marketing plan is started and the auction date is scheduled.
